There is never a good or bad time to buy your first home. The timing revolves around YOU and YOUR ideal time. With that being said, what have you done to prepare yourself for homeownership?

Generally, credit scores that are 700+ are considered good, and scores between 750-800 are considered excellent. Scores of 550-580 or below are considered poor, but there are strategies to bring your score up if you want to get ready for homeownership.
