Joining as a Portfolio Manager, Candace Perrin has spent nearly 30 years in multifamily housing, helping property teams perform at their best while creating great experiences for residents. She’s known for setting clear expectations, providing managers with the support and coaching they need to succeed, and building simple, effective routines that keep everyone aligned—from leasing and maintenance to compliance and resident services. Candace has led mixed conventional and LIHTC portfolios throughout the Greater Seattle area, focusing on practical systems that help teams stay organized, accountable, and connected. She believes in shared playbooks, regular check-ins, transparent dashboards, and cross-training that helps people build confidence and develop their skills.
What Candace enjoys most is helping people grow. She’s proud to have seen assistant managers become strong community leaders, maintenance team members take on greater responsibilities, and site teams navigate lease-ups, renovations, and tight deadlines while continuing to deliver excellent service to residents. Her colleagues describe her as calm, fair, and straightforward. She brings clarity when things get complicated, celebrates team successes, and approaches challenges with a focus on learning and moving forward together.
