🚨 NWMLS JUST GOT A “FIRST LOOK” 👀

Starting this Friday, 9/4, the NWMLS is rolling out a new First Look feature for sellers…and I’m actually pretty excited about this one.

First Look allows a seller to pre-market their home for up to 21 days before it’s ready to officially hit the market.

Basically…buyers can get a first look before the home is fully live. 👀

And while the rest of the country has had something similar for a while, the NWMLS is finally catching up with the times! 😂

So why does this matter?

🏡 For sellers: It creates an opportunity to build anticipation, generate interest and get your home in front of potential buyers before it officially goes live.

🔎 For buyers: It gives you another way to discover homes coming to market before they hit the traditional MLS feed - especially helpful when the right home doesn’t come along every day.

And if you know me…you know that sitting still is NOT my specialty. 😂

I had knee surgery yesterday, which means I’m going to be forced to slow down for the next couple of weeks.

Vegas for family time 🌴☀️… but of course I had to squeeze in a little real estate + friend time!

I got to have lunch with one of my old Seattle-area friends who relocated to Las Vegas, and it was SO good catching up. ❤️

She’s not just a friend… she’s also an incredible Realtor serving the Las Vegas area - and someone I trust completely when my clients are making the move from Washington to Nevada.

The best part? She’s lived the relocation experience herself. She’s done the move, understands what it’s like, and has helped so many of her clients do the same.

One of my favorite things about this business is that the relationships don’t stop at state lines. 🏡✨

I get to work with friends, clients and other amazing agents all over the country - which means when someone tells me, “We’re thinking about moving out of Washington,” I don’t have to just wish them luck.

I can connect them with someone I know, trust and would send my own family to.

Earlier this summer I got to meet a referral partner I have with Keller Williams in Toronto Canada. We’ve been in communication with each other the last year or 2 and finally got to meet each other in person.
It’s crazy how people can live so far apart and have never known each other but still have so many things in common. Rochelle Hogue Real Estate is a bad ass real estate agent who works hard at balancing being a mom and taking amazing care of her clients.
When I tell you I have referral partners all over the world…this woman is proof. If you need an agent in Toronto, I got you. Well…she got you!!
