🏡 If I could talk, here’s what I’d tell you…

Hi! I’m a nearly 100-year-old Des Moines home, and I’ve got a pretty good story to tell.

I have the character and solid feel of an older home, but I’ve recently been renovated so you don’t have to choose between charm and modern updates. I have a new 50-year roof, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, LVP flooring, fresh paint and updated trim. ✨

I’m going to tell you what I believe will put you in the best position to get the result you want.
