His family immigrated to the US in the early 1990s from South Vietnam. He attended the University of Washington with a scholarship in 2001 from the College Success Foundation which at the time was funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation . After graduating with a degree in Economics in 2005, Colin was hired on as a Loan Consultant at one of the top mortgage lenders in the country. In 2008 a

s the real estate market shifted, Colin saw an opportunity to establish his career in real estate sales. Entering one of the most challenging eras for any Realtor, to be successful, Colin realized that he had to be creative in generating new sources of business. With his finance background and mortgage experience, Colin was selected to be a REO agent for American Home Mortgage, Chase, and other national banks to help market and list their foreclosed homes. At the end of 2011, Colin, anticipating a change in the market, decided to rebrand his team. Their focus has shifted to strategically incorporate web based marketing, social media, and technology to attract millennials, and global relocation clients who was beginning to become the driving force in the Seattle real estate market. The core philosophy of Colin's team is centered in the fundamentals of building great relationships and providing outstanding service to each and every individual that they serve. We’ve learned that if we can serve others with the intention of doing the right thing for the right reason. The rest will follow.
