Since 1956, Boehm’s has brought Alpine charm to the Eastside with its Swiss-style chalet, hand-dipped chocolates, and a viewing window where you can peek into the candy-making magic.

Writers drew from the Pacific Northwest’s unique blend of lush forests, tech campuses, bike-friendly streets, and cozy suburban neighborhoods. Sound familiar? That balance of modern life and nature mirrors the enchanted-yet-everyday world in Onward — where centaurs drive cars and unicorns raid trash cans. 🦄🚗

Redmond’s transformation from forested farmland to a global tech hub gave creators the perfect canvas for a story about brotherhood, nostalgia, and magic hidden in the mundane. ✨
