1ļøāƒ£ They make the outside of their home look just as nice as the inside. Buyers start judging your home before they even step inside. Ignoring landscaping, pressure washing moss away and old paint can stop a buyer in their tracks.

2ļøāƒ£ They fix the little things. They touch up paint and base boards, they update outdated hardware, replace old worn out carpet, fix loose handles. These little things matter in the overall apeal of your home.
