One thing I’ve learned about leadership is that you can’t always wait until you feel completely ready.
I’ve led my own real estate team for years, but since moving to Epique Realty, leadership has taken on a whole new meaning for me.
I’m now mentoring and supporting agents who aren’t necessarily on my team. I’m bringing agents together, creating classes, sharing resources and knowledge, and opening those opportunities to agents from all brokerages.
And I LOVE it. ❤️
I truly believe in collaboration over competition. There is so much we can learn from one another when we are willing to share what we know.
But I’ll admit, stepping into a bigger leadership role was a little scary at first. More people were looking to me for guidance, and it pushed me outside of my comfort zone.
Then I had to remind myself... I DO know a lot! 😂
I’ve spent years as a Realtor, a team leader, a manager, and even a loan officer in my past life. I’ve experienced different sides of this industry, worked through challenges, made mistakes, celebrated successes, and learned A LOT along the way.
I have knowledge and experience I can share, and I’ve realized I don’t have to know every answer to be a strong leader.
None of us do.
We are ALL still learning.
This role has pushed me to step up even more, trust my experience, become more confident, and continue growing into a stronger leader.
Leadership isn’t about always getting it right or having every answer.
It’s about being willing to step up, make the hard decisions, share what you know, keep learning, and take responsibility for what comes next. ❤️

I’m excited about the future, where this journey will take me, and who I will become along the way. ✨
