We're looking for just a few more locally owned businesses to join the 1st Annual Great RepMO Business Crawl + Peach Magnolia Grand Opening on Saturday, July 18, 2026!

This is a fun, community-wide event designed to encourage people to get out, explore Republic, and discover the amazing businesses right here in our hometown.

Here's all you have to do:
✅ Be open during your normal business hours on July 18.
✅ Stamp visitors' passports when they stop by.
✅ Welcome new faces into your business!

We'll take care of the marketing, passports, prize drawings, and event promotion.

For just $100, your business will be:

🏡 WHO IS PEACH MAGNOLIA PROPERTIES? 🌸🍑

Many of you have seen the renovation happening at 116 W Grant Street in Historic Downtown Republic and have asked, "What is Peach Magnolia?"

We're excited to finally share our vision.

Peach Magnolia Properties was created to be more than just office space. Our goal is to build a place where local businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and community members can connect, collaborate, and grow together.

The name Peach Magnolia reflects our roots. Rebekah is originally from Georgia, known as the Peach State, and Devin is originally from Mississippi, home of the Magnolia. Together, we wanted to create something that honored where we came from while investing in the future of the community we now call home.

Inside Peach Magnolia, you'll find:

🏢 Private office spaces for small business owners and professionals

🎙️ A content creation and social media room available for videos, podcasts, livestreams, and marketing content

👥 A conference room available for meetings, client consultations, training sessions, and collaboration

OUR STORY:
Peach Magnolia Properties was founded by Rebekah Jones and Devin Lewis with a shared vision to create more than just office space—a place where businesses and people can truly connect, collaborate, and grow.

Located in the historic downtown of Republic, Missouri, Peach Magnolia serves as a central hub for local entrepreneurs, professionals, and small business owners. The name Peach Magnolia is a reflection of the founders’ roots—Rebekah is originally from Georgia, known for its peaches, and Devin is from Mississippi, home of the magnolia. Together, the name represents not only where they come from, but the values they bring: hospitality, community, and a strong foundation for growth.

Rebekah brings over six years of experience in real estate, holding a broker-salesperson license and a strong background in leadership, strategy, and client service. Devin, an Army veteran and real estate agent, brings a hands-on, operational mindset with a passion for serving others and building reliable systems. Together, they combined their strengths to develop Peach Magnolia as both a business solution and a community resource.

Peach Magnolia operates as a local real estate and business hub, offering private offices, shared workspaces, and flexible-use areas designed to meet a variety of professional needs. The space is home to multiple businesses, including real estate professionals, a mortgage lender, and a handyman/repair specialist—creating natural opportunities for collaboration and referral-based growth.

In addition to office space, Peach Magnolia features a social media content room available for hourly rental, ideal for podcasts, video production, and live streaming, as well as a conference and training room that can be reserved for meetings, classes, and small events.

At its core, Peach Magnolia is built on a simple mission: to create a place where the local community can come together, support one another, and grow stronger through collaboration.
