We are currently hiring for several part time and full time, groundskeeper positions for our Republic properties . Duties may include but may not be limited to:

-Maintaining community grounds
-Pulling weeds
-Planting
-Picking up trash
-Assisting with minor maintenance on site
-Assisting with pool maintenance.

The Wooten Company has expanded management to Republic, Missouri and are currently hiring for a full time Maintenance Technician.

We offer a variety of employment options with competitive wages starting at $10.50 p/hr. for entry level Groundskeepers and up to $18.50 + per hour for upper level Maintenance Technician Supervisors. In addition, overtime and performance bonuses can be earned. Benefits include: Health plan, 401 (K) , Paid Time Off, Dental, and Life Insurance.

Wages may be based on the following qualifications:

-Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC related issues
-Unit improvements such as painting, drywall, and fixture installation
-Swimming Pool operations, repair, and testing
-Perform regular scheduled Preventative maintenance
-Maintaining records of all equipment, supplies, and ordering stock as required
-Ability to take initiative and maintain common areas cleanliness expectations
-Possess the ability to execute memos, service requests, and utilize technology

Our office is a drop off location where you can drop off non-perishable food items during office hours, between now and December 17th.

Did you know that every year we open all of our offices up as drop off locations for a food drive for Ozarks Food Harvest?

Every year our residents and employees come together to power this food drive in support of Ozarks Food Harvest and their fight against hunger.

Since 2011, in partnership with our residents, we have raised over 12,000 lbs. of food, which equals over 11,000 meals provided back into our community! We know that times get tough for everyone and we hope that this year we are able to provide the biggest food drive yet! Every year our residents and employees come together to help support Ozarks Food Harvest and their fight against hunger! Our annual “Giving Thanks Food Drive” is powered by our residents and employees all over Springfield, Branson, Republic and Ozark. This year with their help we were able to donate over 1,460 lbs of food and donations are still coming in!

Our 4th annual Giving Thanks Food Drive is going on now!

All of our offices, including our newest location, Farmers Park, are drop off sites for non-perishable food items from now through December 12th!

Over the past 4 years, our residents have raised enough food for 3,447 meals! Our residents generosity is always astounding and looks like we are one our way to making this the best year yet!

Thank you for helping us remember those in need this time of year!
