Honored to share that I’ve been recognized by Northern Virginia Magazine as one of the Top Real Estate Agents in Northern Virginia, ranked by gross sales volume.

I’ve been meaning to share this, but today felt especially appropriate — it would have been my grandfather’s 99th birthday, and with it also being Memorial Day Weekend, felt like the right moment for a little reflection and gratitude.

Congratulations to my client for securing this new home construction from Stanly Martin in Hyattsville, MD

Quick highlights; we were one of the last units to go under contract, getting $45,000 off of the original sales price.

Also, even though this was a cash deal, we were able to negotiate all closings costs paid by the builder, (roughly $19,500)

Most times, builders only provide a credit when the consumer uses their lender; very thankful we were able to negotiate ALL closing costs paid despite not using their lender.
