Raised in NOVA, Frank Schofield has watched the DC, MD, and Virginia markets with a careful and watchful eye his whole life. Being a third-generation real estate professional, preceded by his uncles, mother, and grandmother, he has been taught from an early age to carefully watch the changing ebbs and flows of the real estate market. ommercial Broker and completed approximately 125 transactions in the office, industrial, and retail sectors, producing over $75 million in volume. Returning to his VA roots in 2005, Frank began to work with Summit Realtors and Summit Relocation Services as VP and Associate Broker. Since his return, he has successfully grown Summit Realtors into one of the leading brokerage teams in Northern Virginia. His REO client list has included Bank of America, Wells Fargo, One West, Green River, IAS, and more. Frank's passions outside of real estate are traveling and outreach. As a child, he lived abroad in Munich and London. he has frequently traveled through the US and has lived in Western and Eastern Europe. Frank has a solid commitment to social responsibility. “Family serving families" has always been the motto of the business. He has organized, sponsored, and participated in numerous 5K races for charities such as Habitat for Humanity, Melanoma No More, The Parkinson Alliance, and the Eden Institute for Autism. Frank loves to participate in Spartan races with his children and siblings. Frank’s most proud of the opportunity he took to serve as a Red Cross volunteer in Louisiana for families displaced by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
