After so long with so little on the market, there is now a 22% increase in listings for sale. Interest rates are heading down somewhat, in large part reacting to rising inflation, and generally chaotic economic actions this year are making challenging times for consumer confidence. All of this to say that realistic and informed HOME PRICING is the key to selling your home in a reasonable amount of time. And a dose of PATIENCE doesn't hurt a thing either!

Right now, the housing market looks really different depending on where you live.

In the Northeast and Midwest, there are more buyers than sellers. That means in many markets in those regions, homes are in short supply and sellers have the upper hand.
