A powerful day of connection at The DC National Guard Armory Military Career Fair in Washington, DC.

Stanley Martin team members Ty Clifton, College & Military Outreach Manager, and Ayano Ishibashi, Corporate Operations Intern, had the privilege of meeting National Guard Soldiers and military spouses from GA, SC, NC, and DC, many of whom are currently supporting the security mission in the capital.

With over 100 employer vendors and nearly 1,000 attendees, this event was an incredible opportunity to share our career pathways and introduce the Stanley Martin brand to Service Members, spouses, and transitioning veterans.

A special highlight — meeting the Deegan family, who recently purchased their new Stanley Martin home in Potomac Shores.

We’re honored to support those who serve and help build the next chapter of their careers and their homes.

Last week, Ty Clifton, College & Military Outreach Manager, and Mike Pavlick, Vice President of Production (Maryland), proudly represented Stanley Martin Homes at the Employer Appreciation Event hosted by the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.

We were honored to receive an award recognizing Stanley Martin as one of the top employers and key contributors to the school’s hiring success. This achievement reflects our commitment to building meaningful pathways for emerging talent.
