At Stanley Martin Homes, our interns gain real-world experience while building meaningful relationships and learning from teams that are passionate about what they do.

This week, we're excited to spotlight Avery Hutcheson, a Sales Intern in the Charlotte Division. Avery is currently studying Real Estate at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

When asked about her favorite part of working at Stanley Martin, Avery shared:

"My favorite part about working at Stanley Martin has been the company culture here in the Charlotte Division. Each person uses their different personalities to collaborate with ideas and work together openly and effectively."

She also shared why she enjoys coming to work each day:

"I enjoy coming into work and learning something new because every day is different. Each neighborhood has such a fun and welcoming team that immediately made me feel invited and part of the company."
