Literally all of my mom and my fb messages are about dogs for adoption.

If I win the lottery, there will be signs; but in way of a large plot of land purchased and creating an oasis to rescue all the dogs, in conjunction with a school for kids with small classrooms, therapies and incorporating these rescues as part of rehabilitation.
