Friends, we have another busy real estate weekend ahead of us, but buyers are still being turned away since there's not enough inventory.

This weekend we have 10 pending, but only 3 are active or going active this weekend. Only 2 coming soon, which should hit next weekend. That means the supply cannot keep up with demand and folks are getting top dollar.

We've got 4 open houses this weekend on the Farm and another 3 to 4 homes to hit the market next week. The Spring home-selling market has sprung but we still have record low inventory. Some of the larger models in our community are going for well into the $800s and we're seeing more listed at almost a million or more (one this week on Hannahs Pond Lane).
