Inventory has been steady, but the best homes? They don’t last long. If you’re thinking about making a move in Loudoun this summer, here’s what I want you to know 👇
✨Having a pre-approval letter in hand may mean you have a day or two advantage over other buyers who haven’t completed this step.
✨Many sellers are balancing school schedules, relocations, vacations and a home purchase. Understanding what matters to them can help us craft a strong offer — without paying more.
