Did you know that there are available grants for first time home buyers? There IS!! Currently there is up to $12,500 grant money 💵 for qualified first time home buyers!

The stipulations…

✅ be a first time home buyer
✅ contribute at least $1000 toward the purchase of the home. (Yes! You could buy a home for as little as $1000.00!!!)))
✅ occupy the home as a primary residence for at least 5 years (not an option if you are looking at a property for investment purposes)
✅ complete a homebuyer educational and financial literacy course (why not for free $$$?!)
✅ meet eligibility requirements

But, if this is something you are considering, please don’t sit on the sidelines and wait! This grant money was just made available again, but when it’s gone, it is gone!
