A new entertainment experience is coming to Loudoun Station!

Comstock has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease with Backspin, a new entertainment and social concept that will open its flagship location at 43811 Central Station Drive. Backspin will bring indoor golf simulators, high-end karaoke, billiards, darts, shuffleboard, private event space, and food and beverage offerings together under one roof.

The addition expands Loudoun Station’s growing lineup of dining and entertainment options, giving residents, office tenants, and visitors even more ways to spend time at the neighborhood.

Comstock is pleased to welcome the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) to The Hartford in Clarendon.

CEC has signed a 6,400-square-foot office lease at The Hartford, where the organization will continue its longstanding presence in Clarendon. The new space offers CEC a modern, accessible workplace designed to support collaboration and its mission of advancing the success of children and youth with disabilities and/or gifts and talents.

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Summer Internship Program!

Last week, our interns closed out the summer by sharing their final presentations, highlighting the projects, experiences, and insights they gained throughout their time with Comstock. We followed with a happy hour at The Simon at JW Marriott Reston Station to celebrate a great summer together.

Thank you to our interns for all of their hard work and contributions over the past few months. We wish them the best as they head back to school and take on what’s next!

Bobby’s Bagel Café is coming to Loudoun Station!

The locally owned Northern Virginia favorite has signed a 2,000-square-foot lease at 43800 Central Station Drive, bringing its handcrafted bagels, breakfast sandwiches, deli-style lunches and more to the neighborhood. The new café will mark Bobby’s fifth location in Northern Virginia.

The addition continues to expand Loudoun Station’s mix of local dining and everyday conveniences for residents, office tenants, visitors and Metro riders.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate, make memories, and kick off America's 250th in such a special way. We loved seeing Reston Station filled with so many smiling faces and can't wait to welcome you back for more events this summer.
