This is what signing day looks like.
A family in Northern Virginia spent years in a home that almost worked. The layout from 1978 that fought every meal, every weekend, every stage of life that changed after they moved in. The primary suite that was never right. The kitchen that couldnāt handle how they actually lived.
They wanted to build. What stopped them was the same thing that stops most families in this market. The fear of committing to a builder who gives you a number to win the job and doubles it once youāre in too deep to walk away.
They found a builder willing to give them the honest number before anything was signed. So they signed.
The design phase starts now. This is the concept. Before permits, before groundbreak, before any of it. But the decision is made.
If the fear of getting burned is whatās been keeping your project on hold, comment āCONSULTā.
