Licensed in Virginia, DC, and Maryland, Smita Lal, M.S., is a Realtor®, real estate investor and resident of the northern Virginia area for 20+ years. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University with her bachelors and masters degrees, Smita worked in consulting and pharmaceuticals for several years. While she enjoyed applying her attention to detail and statistical background to these jobs, it was her personal love of real estate and being involved in the restoration of a Historic Preservation Building that inspired a career change.

She is a resident of DC metro area for over 20 years, and is passionate about finding real estate that works for her clients lifestyles, or taking their real estate investments and helping them profit from their hard work.
