I am excited for my clients!! We will be writing an offer with a builder in Hamilton to build either a Craftsman or Industrial Farmhouse style home on a 4 acre lot with rolling hills and trees and very close to the bike trail. I can't wait to see the finished home and hand my client the keys! Also, selling their beautiful townhome should not be a problem since they have pride of ownership!!
