🔥 Bidding Wars… for Rentals?! Yes, It’s Happening!

Before working with me, my client had already lost two rental offers with another agent. The rental market is incredibly competitive right now, and even leases are seeing multiple offers.

When we found a new listing, we faced another bidding war. I guided my client to offer $50 above the highest bid, but that wasn’t all…

I maintained active communication with the listing agent and provided solid proof that my client was a reliable and responsible tenant.

Our offer was accepted — even though it wasn’t the highest! The owner chose stability over price escalation.

The listing agent told me:

“You really work hard to protect your client’s best interest. It’s a pleasure working with you.”

My client was so happy, he asked me to sell his condo. We listed it, and it went under contract in just 3 days!

Thrilled to help my buyers secure this beautiful single-family home near Lake Anne in Reston under $1M！

We ended up with a multiple-offer situation, my buyers are not comfortable to enter into bidding war, instead of raising the offer price to win, I helped my buyers to work on stronger terms — while keeping all contingencies in place.

Although neither side was confident that we’d win, after several rounds of negotiation, the seller accepted our offer at asking price, even though there was a higher competing offer!
