The #1 thing to look for in a Herndon real estate agent (and it's not experience).

Years on a license are easy to put on a bio, but they don't really tell you what working with someone is actually going to feel like, or whether they're going to be the right fit for the move you're about to make.

What matters so much more is finding someone who's truly invested in the outcome.

An agent who takes the time to understand what you're trying to accomplish, communicates clearly through every step of the process, and brings real strategy to every decision you make together along the way.

How someone makes you feel in that very first conversation is going to tell you so much more about them than any stat sheet ever could.
