There’s something about a project like this that just ignites my passion for real estate ✨

This property was a full transformation — and getting to be part of the process with my team makes me proud!

We went from meeting with the seller in late June to signing a listing agreement mid July, and began renovation August 10…
4 weeks and $40K later, we had a completely transformed home and a brand-new kitchen. 🤯

🌊 Make a Day of It at the Parks�Fairfax County’s lakefront parks are open for the holiday weekend, so think Lake Fairfax, Burke Lake, Lake Accotinkand all the classic end-of-summer outdoor fun. The Water Mine at Lake Fairfax is also a great family option while it’s still open for the season.
🚣‍♀️ Last-Chance Summer Vibes�Labor Day weekend is basically your official reminder that summer is not quite over yet. Hit the trails, grab a picnic, get out on the water, or squeeze in one more pool day before fall takes over.
