Windsor Manor is seeking Floor Supervisors for Spring 2026 checkouts. Active, detail-oriented, and assertive individuals needed for end of semester inspections and cleaning.
You would set your own schedule within property perimeters. $12-14 per hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities include scheduling check-out times with residents in assigned apartments of the complex, conducting white-glove inspections, cleaning when required, preparing and performing final checks in apartments to ensure they are ready for new and returning tenants.
This position requires you to be available from June 23, 2026 through July 31, 2026. Only those available for the entire timeframe will be considered. The perfect candidate is seeking a way to make some extra money and is planning on being in the Rexburg area for the time period outlined.
This position requires an eye for detail, the ability to coordinate and communicate clearly with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, basic cleaning knowledge, the ability to be firm but fair, keep detailed records, understand expectations, and work independently.
This is a position that opens for checkouts each semester and could lead to a permanent position.
