Is Now Actually a Good Time to Buy in Rexburg? Here's What I'm Telling People This Week.

If you've been sitting on the fence about buying a home in Rexburg, you're not alone. I've had this conversation about a dozen times in the last two weeks.

Most folks are stuck waiting for one of two things — for rates to drop, or for prices to drop further. And I get it. Mortgage rates near 6.9% don't feel friendly. Neither does an average home value of $403K when most of us remember $250K homes in Rexburg not that long ago.

But here's what's actually happening on the ground right now:
