The Pines At Hemming Village The Pines is a BYU-Idaho approved men and women's apartment complex. Join our community! Talk about LOCATION! Our south building has two types of floor plans.

The Pines is located just a half-block from campus, a half-block from the park, and only a block and a half from the grocery store. We have three different floor plans for you to choose from. We have one floor plan that houses 6 women, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, located in our south building. We have our South building apartments house 4 men, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Our Premium apartments in the South building have an extra study area making your living room more spacious. Our Rexburg, ID, home of BYU-Idaho, offers lots of housing for single students, but none of them offer the whole package deal that you get with The Pines.
