Each of our four floors has a unique common space for tenants to gather:
1st floor: Outdoor courtyard--The courtyard features seating, fire pit, gas grill, and space to enjoy a view that stretches for miles.
2nd floor: Study Room. This is a great place to come and take a quiet moment to yourself. There is a white board, TV, tables and Desks in this room with a view.
3rd floor: Lounge--come enjoy pool or ping pong in our lounge! Here you'll also find a fireplace, big screen TV with cable and DVR, and another outdoor balcony with grill. Keep it cozy or host a party!
4th floor: Theater, piano room--On the fourth floor, you will find our private piano practice room with double insulated walls. Don't play the piano? No big deal, there's space for any instrument, or use the privacy for the "DTR" you've been meaning to have with your girlfriend...
Last, but not least, the fourth floor hosts a versatile theater. Seating for up to 15, but you're welcome to squeeze in extras!
