After both working day and night they decided Ted would get his real estate license in 1991 and join his Associate Broker wife, Nancy, in Rexburg. They formed the selling team of "Spouses Selling Houses" and enjoyed working together for many years. Ted succeeded quickly, being a natural at sales and loving to work with people! Nancy decided to help him part time as they had two small children still at home. Ted has consistently achieved Centurion status, Double Centurion, and Grand Centurion, the highest level in the Century 21 System. Ted has served on many local committees and planning and zoning for the city of Rexburg. He is currently the President of the Upper valley Association of Realtors for 2014.
