Punxsutawney Phil isn’t the only local favorite that’s getting ready for the big day! Top Hat, our imperial stout, has been aging in wh***ey barrels with vanilla beans, ready just in time to celebrate the Prognosticator of Prognosticators. Vanilla on the tongue is followed by rich oak and full-bodied roast. A limited quantity will be available starting Feb 1.
