If you don't know, now, you know.. we are opening in Italian deli authentic style in Redhook on West market Street. HVEM has been super successful because we found a need and now we found another need! And here we are after 10 months gonna fill your bellies and your heart with some good food! Thank you for the amazing support we've had from our community our friends, our local contractors and vendors! Super excited to add this to our résumé! Thank you all for your support are soft opening on Columbus Day weekend will not include all of these items please grace us a bit as we adjust. You should know that our bread is coming freshly from Rockland bakery to Redhook! Woo hoo

NOW HIRING..Hey friends… we are starting to interview for positions. We plan on making the deli a family affair… you will see friends and family all working together. Please share! In honor of Italian 🇮🇹 history, we are aiming for Columbus Day weekend soft opening..Fingers crossed 🤞 (counter help, cooks, dishwashers etc.) Please stop in or PM us!
