Riverview Hall LLC We help Northwoods students experience the college life and not give up that small town feel. The house became a hangout spot.

Our Vision
Riverview Hall LLC exists to provide affordable, dorm style housing for students who live in northern Wisconsin. Our Story
The story for Riverview Hall started in 2002 when I needed affordable housing while going to college, and there was none available. Instead of renting I bought a house and rented space to other college students to help cover the cost of my education. The friendships

I gained through this experience are still in place. After many more years of education, and living experiences, I still remembered the small town feel of the house I rented out. Riverview Hall was created to replicate the experience I had at the beginning of my college career. After moving back to my hometown, I saw an opportunity to recycle an unused building to help students to gain an affordable college experience similar to what I experienced.

We have an open space for rent at Riverview Hall in Rhinelander. This is a 1,268 sqft space featuring a kitchen in one corner. All utilities, not including internet, are included in the rent. It has direct access to the parking lot at ground level. This is a commercial space and cannot be used for a residence. Please PM for more details.

Second year business student Derrick Fore went to BC Cakes in Rhinelander to interview owner and Nicolet Culinary Graduate Brooke Strong for his entrepreneurship class. While he was there, he ran into the Yeti. Looks like the Yeti has a sweet tooth! Meet the Yeti at Yeti Fest on February 23 on the Nicolet College campus.
