As of March 1, 2021, we will be charging late fees to all of our tenants who do not pay their rent due on the 1st of the month. Late fees will start on day 6 with a $25 charge and $5 per day every day after until it has been paid in full. If you are struggling to pay your rent currently, please contact Liz and make a payment agreement with her ASAP.

There have been many questions regarding late fees and penalties on late rent payments due to COVID. Please read the response below from the CDC.

Am I still responsible to pay rent, fees, and penalties under CDC Order?
Yes. The CDC Order does not change the tenant's responsibility to pay rent, and any applicable fees or penalties as provided under the lease agreement. If you can pay rent, you should do so. If you are unable to make rent payments during the emergency, you will have a debt for the rent payments that you were unable to make.

To ALL my tenants!!! PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE!!

If any "inspector" comes to your door asking to come inside, please DO NOT let him inside. There is a man in his 50's who stopped at one of my properties this morning telling my tenant he needs to come inside to inspect. He walked to the house, no vehicle in sight, had a clip board, no Identification, wearing a red windbreaker type jacket and a black baseball hat. If we had any inspections scheduled I would notify all of you beforehand AND myself, my assistant or my crew would be at the inspection also....PLEASE, DO NOT LET THIS PERSON INSIDE!!. This morning we notified the police to make a report. Please notify the police or A-Z Property Management immediately. #715-966-9839.
