Joe Flanders founded Flanders Realty Group, an independent brokerage, in late 2012 and officially opened for business on January 2, 2013. The office is located at 2 N Brown Street (next to Diane's frame shoppe) in downtown Rhinelander. and is looking forward to becoming more involved with this dynamic group. s his 10th year in the Real Estate Business and he’s happy to leave the Real Estate recession behind. He enjoys sports of all kinds, especially golf and is an avid snowmobiler. In addition to Joe, Tom & Nancy Kuczmarski are Broker Associates at the firm. Tom is a Rhinelander native and has been licensed since 2002. He’s earned many designations over the years and is a consistent top-ten producer in the Rhinelander market. Nancy has been licensed since 1974 and is excited to be a part of the newest company in town. Tom & Nancy live on the Moen Chain of Lakes and love to spend time pontooning the Chain and promoting lake living. They also happen to be Joe’s parents and have four more children and three grandchildren. This team functions well because their duties are well defined.
