Spent part of the day at the Real Producers event at MetroTex—and honestly, I still find it a little surprising that I’m in real estate.

The keynote speaker talked about the importance of play and that human connection is what matters most. Yes & Amen.
Being surrounded by experienced, trusted professionals who value relationships, growth, and doing things the right way is something I don’t take for granted.

Grateful for the alignment, the conversations, and the people I get to learn from every day. 🤍

Almost drove past this… but I’m really glad I didn’t 👀

I was leaving a staging consult in Cedar Hill this morning, saw this community, and decided to stop in real quick.

Ended up connecting with the sales manager and found a bit of a hidden gem in DeSoto.

But what really caught my attention were the mini donkeys I drove by 🫏 AND

They’re offering rate options around 3.99% or 4.99%

It’s tucked away, thoughtfully done, and one of those places most buyers wouldn’t know about unless they happened to drive by.

Definitely one I’d keep on the radar.
