We’re excited to welcome Steve Hoogland to the Real Land Title of Texas Team as our Business Development Specialist! Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him being in the real estate industry for 40 years.

Steve was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, but considers Dallas home since it’s where he was raised. He’s a proud father of 3, a proud grandfather of 1, and a proud fur-dad of 5 cats!

Fun fact: Steve was elected to build and oversee the Emergency Wildlife Response Center for the State of Mississippi during the BP Oil Spill. He shared, “yes, the veterinarians and staff really used Dawn dish soap to clean the different birds and marine animals.”
