✅ Inventory: 4.3 months
✅ Average market time: 58 days
✅ Homes selling for approximately 94.8% of their original asking price
📌 Buyers: You may have more negotiating power—especially on homes that need updates or have been listed for a while. Seller-paid closing costs or rate-buydown assistance may provide more benefit than a small price reduction.
📌 Sellers: Accurate pricing, good condition and strong marketing are more important than ever. Overpricing can lead to longer market time and additional price reductions.
