At Dallas Area Real Estate we're looking for a resourceful, energetic and outgoing Personal Assistant to join our team, This position is responsible for the day-to-day office administration, purchasing, reception, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, facilities management and administrative support for the CEO. The candidate filling this position would be working early morning, or evening during the week (4-5 hours per day) ,
We seeks a detail-oriented individual for a remote Personal Assistant, Who can work remotely from home as P/T or Second source of income position Option remotely from home due to the second wave of COVID
The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, be well organized with the ability to multi-task and have a "can do" attitude.

Responsibilities
• Perform official assignment to detail/ instruction
• Running personal errands (receiving and making payment)
• Work independently without much supervision (inspecting items paid for at Post office near to you)
• Answering phone calls (must have excellent phone etiquette)
• Ability for improvement and correction of documents ( Paper Filing / Sorting of Paper Works
Requirements
• Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and across multiple functional areas
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
