Donate a lot to our nonprofit organization and help Homeless Veterans.
Helping Hands for Housing is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization that is dedicated to providing housing to Homeless Veterans nationwide.
We have an opportunity for you to help our organization and our Veterans. How can you do this?
***We have a seller with 6 Bella Vista (BV) Arkansas residential lots for sale
***You buy one of our BV lots from them, for example at $3,000.
***After the closing, you donate the lot to Helping Hands for Housing.
***We will provide you an appraisal at that time; if the lot appraises for $3,000, that can be deducted as a charitable donation.
***If the lot appraises at $5,000 (we will try for a higher appraisal amount), then you will get credit for a $5,000 charitable donation.
***We will then resell the lot and any proceeds will go to our nonprofit organization. The veterans will not reside in BV; the monies will help support other veteran outreach organizations.
***We can provide you information about charitable donations and your CPA can confirm the tax advantages.
***We will provide a clear title for your purchase and donation.
We will close with a local title company and your closing costs will be minimal.
