Y’all know I am a Realtor right!!

I want to thank two special clients - Brooke and Lewis for giving me the opportunity to help them find their beautiful new home. Mid transaction I received a voicemail at 9:00p, “I received orders I am being deployed, report time 8a tomorrow”! I jumped into action and typed a POA, they had it notarized that night! I had never written a POA my whole career. 😳. Title has always done it! It was accepted by both the lender and the Title Co’s attorneys! 2 1/2 weeks later, closing time. We walked into the room and our soldier had come home as a surprise, and a surprise it was! It was a happy reunion!
