The spring market is definitely keeping everyone on their toes 👀🏡

Across DFW, we’re seeing a really interesting mix of trends:
⬆️ Closed sales are climbing
⬆️ Inventory is growing
⬇️ Median prices have softened slightly in many areas
⏳ Homes are taking longer to sell than they were a year ago

What does that mean for buyers and sellers?

For buyers: you finally have more options and a little more negotiating power than we’ve seen the last few years.

For sellers: strategy matters more than ever. The homes getting top dollar are the ones that are properly prepared, priced correctly, and marketed aggressively from day one.

This isn’t the market to “just throw a sign in the yard.” The right game plan can still create multiple offers and outstanding results — even in a shifting market.
