Hey everyone!!

I have two exciting events coming up next month!!

We having another Black Women’s Empowerment Social, so if you know of anyone who is thinking about buying a home and wants to learn about generational wealth—send them this flyer. If you know of any Black women entrepreneurs who want to be a vendor, or businesses who would like to sponsor, send them this flyer. If you just want to network and eat delicious food, come through!!

A week before that, I will be hosting a fall real estate mixer! Those who attended the summer mixer knows what’s up! We had a blast and we’re going to do it again—so come through, network, drink a wee bit, and have a great time! Hope to see you soon!

Hey everyone! I am happy to announce our second Black Women’s Empowerment Social!

We got such great feedback from the first event, and we appreciate all the contributions, support, and participation! Join us next month—Wednesday, May 18th from 5-8pm. Food will be provided so make sure to register! Hello everyone! To people who have recently followed my page, welcome! My name is Emerald Sawyer, owner of Value Home Inspections LLC. I started my business in November 2020, and I couldn’t be more proud of myself and my business. Within my first 9 months of being in business, I inspected over 100 homes throughout Minnesota, and it was such an experience. I enjoy educating my clients on their future home, but I also enjoy educating my clients and my community on the importance of homeownership and building generational wealth, which is why my passion goes beyond home inspections. This year, I will be collaborating with other business professionals and doing workshops throughout the state, and I’m so excited and blessed for what is to come. Women’s history is happening every day, and I love being a part of it! S-Traps are no longer used because it allows sewer gases to escape through the trap—back into the house. Flex drains collect dirt and gunk that's supposed to flow down the drain, making it easy for more gunk, hair, etc. to get trapped.
