When you’re making the big move into a new home, I highly recommend packing a first-night box! Then keep this box separate from the rest and make sure it’s easily accessible throughout the whole move.
That way if anything comes up, you have items like: ✔️ first aid kit, ✔️tape, ✔️tools, and ✔️ trash bags. Then when you get to the end of the day, you have items like your ✔️ pajamas, ✔️toiletries, ✔️a shower curtain, and other necessary items….Especially the celebratory drinks to celebrate your new home!

En ocasiones puede que utilices búsquedas en el internet para calcular el valor de tu casa. Las paginas que hacen estos calculos utilizan el precio de otras casas a la venta para lograr un aproximado del valor de dicha propiedad.

Informacion como esta es muy util, particularmente por que los compradores también ven esta informacion cuando hacen una busqueda en el internet, sin embargo debes ser cauteloso/a con la informacion que encuentras en estas paginas.

Ten en cuneta que… calculadres en linea pueden ser usados como referencia, aunque estan limitados en los detalles especificos de cada propiedad. Estos sitios de internet no pueden ver las caracteristicas como lo haria un humano.

Algunos sition incluyendo Zillow’s Zestimate el cual determina el valor en el mercado, han demostrado frecuentemente por muchos usuarios que no son del todo precisos.

El área metropolitana de las ciudades gemelas continúa creciendo. Mientras el inventario de viviendas a la venta continúa siendo bajo. Lo cual implica un aumento en el precio de las propiedades dadá la ley de oferta y demanda.
Sumándole a esto que los intereses continúan en los 3%,
mi pronostico para este año es que el mercado continuará muy activo.
No esperes a que el precio de las casas baje. Históricamente los bienes raíces suben de valor año tras año.
Tal vez el Mercado se estabilice en algún punto. Pero eso no necesariamente implica que el precio de las casas bajara!!!
