Several changes over the last eight months have created a new leadership team. We dearly miss our founder and visionary, Jeff Thompson, but we know the plan he had for us is coming to fruition. As we navigate the road ahead, we move forward with confidence in the team we've built, both agents and staff. I'm honored to be Director of Operations at Windermere Group One, the most impressive company I've had the pleasure of being part of. The skills I've learned in my 6 years in real estate, and 18 years in education and leadership have prepared me for this new role that I'm loving. Thank you to the WGO family for your trust in me!
