Our offices were closed today, but our team was hard at work. 🤍

Today our agents and staff volunteered at the Benton-Franklin Humane Society for Windermere Community Service Day. From clearing a warehouse to playing with the dogs, it was a day well spent. The best part? One of our Groupies even adopted a dog!

The Benton-Franklin Humane Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter and care for animals while helping them find loving homes, made possible through the support of volunteers and donations.

This year’s theme, “Homes for Every Member of the Family,” couldn’t have been more fitting. Thank you to the Benton-Franklin Humane Society for everything you do, and to Ground Support Coffee for keeping us fueled throughout the day!

“A ray of sunshine on an otherwise crazy day.”☀️

Every week at Windermere Group One, we take a moment during our Business Meeting to celebrate a Win of the Week. Sometimes it’s a closing, a milestone, or a business achievement. But often, the most meaningful wins have nothing to do with real estate at all.

This week, we recognized Crystal Myers Windermere Realtor for the impact she had simply by showing up for others.

Not because of a transaction closed, a contract negotiated, or a problem solved, but because of the way she made people feel.

At WGO, we believe some of the most important contributions happen behind the scenes. They’re found in the encouraging words, the helping hands, the positive attitudes, and the people who bring calm and light to stressful days.

As we head into Community Service Day, Crystal’s recognition serves as a beautiful reminder of who we are and what we value. We don’t just serve clients - we serve people. We build relationships, strengthen our community, and strive to leave things better than we found them.

We had a special guest at this week’s Windermere Group One Business Meeting, and it’s safe to say she stole the show.

Poppy from Benton-Franklin Humane Society stopped by to help us kick off the countdown to our annual Community Service Day, happening this Friday, June 12th.

Each year, our agents and staff dedicate a day to serving a local organization that’s making a difference in our community. This year, we’re honored to partner with BFHS to support the animals and team members who work tirelessly to help pets find safe, loving homes.

Getting to meet Poppy was a sweet reminder of why this work matters. Behind every adoption is a story, and behind every story is a community coming together to help.

We’re just a few days away from rolling up our sleeves and making a PAWsitive impact. Thank you to Benton-Franklin Humane Society for sharing Poppy with us and for the incredible work you do every day. 🤍

At Windermere Group One, we believe strong communities are built through service. Each year, our agents and staff partner with local organizations making a lasting impact throughout the Tri-Cities through our annual Community Service Day.

This year, we’re proud to partner with Benton-Franklin Humane Society to help support local animals in need. From cleaning and organizing to improving shelter spaces, our team is dedicating the day to helping pets feel safe, cared for, and one step closer to a forever home.

BFHS is a private nonprofit adoption center that receives no government funding. Their mission is made possible entirely through donations, volunteers, and community support.
