I also saw that the closing office sent over the seller packet and mentioned the POA/pre-signing options if the sellers will not be attending closing. Since you’ve already emailed them the POA, I’ll make sure they understand the importance of getting the seller packet completed and returned as soon as possible so we can avoid any further delays once the appraisal is back.
