PROXIMITY. 🤏🏾🤏🏾

This weekend with my ATFS sisters reminded me just how important it is to be intentional about the rooms you enter, the tables you sit at, and the people you surround yourself with.

There is a difference between watching it happen and being IN THE ROOM✨.

There is a difference between hearing about the conversation and having a seat AT THE TABLE✨.

This weekend, I was reminded that proximity matters🗝️.

Being surrounded by women who are building, producing, growing, sharing, and challenging themselves to go higher was inspiring.

The conversations were different. The strategy was different. The transparency was different. And the gems that were dropped?! 💎

Sometimes the next level isn’t about learning one more thing it’s about getting close enough to see what’s possible.

I left Atlanta inspired, stretched, and with an even greater vision for where I’m going. So many referral partners!!!📍

The laughs were needed.
The sisterhood was felt.
The connections were intentional.
And the ROOM was everything.

I’m grateful for every conversation, every connection, and every seat at the table this weekend.

Because when you’re intentional about your proximity, you don’t just leave the room inspired…

Today was a FULL CIRCLE moment. 🗝️🏡

Over 10 years ago, we started as coworkers, and somewhere along the way, we became friends. Life took us in different directions, but God has a way of bringing people back into your life at just the right time.

When my girl reached out and told me she needed a real estate agent, I was HONORED that she trusted me to walk alongside her through this next chapter.

And what a chapter it is! 🙌🏾

Today, she closed on her beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION home, she’s preparing to sell her current home, and she’s stepping into an entirely new season.

🔑 WHEN THE TIMING IS RIGHT, THE TIMING IS RIGHT.

When this buyer first came to me, she simply wanted to know her options.

She believed she was still locked into a lease and thought purchasing a home would have to wait another 3–6 months. So we talked through the process, discussed what preparation would look like, and created a plan for when the time came.

But then something changed.

About a month after our initial conversation, she discovered that she was actually month-to-month on her lease which meant her timeline looked completely different than she originally thought.

And when the door opened, she was READY. 🙌🏾

We moved forward, got her connected and preapproved, started the home search, and in less than TWO WEEKS, she is officially UNDER CONTRACT on her BRAND-NEW HOME! 🏡🔑

Sometimes you think you’re months away from buying a home when you’re actually much closer than you realize.

That’s why I always say: Start the conversation before you think you’re ready. You don’t have to have everything figured out that’s what the strategy is for.

The gym was the starting point… but the real transformation happened everywhere else.

My habits changed.
My priorities changed.
My mindset changed.
My circle changed.
My focus changed.

Because when you become serious about where you’re going, you start realizing everything can’t go with you.

This season isn’t just about changing my body.
It’s about becoming more disciplined, more intentional, more focused and more aligned with the woman God is calling me to be.
