You’ve probably heard the saying:

“Marry the house. Date the rate.” 💍

Rates matter, but they are only one part of the decision.

Waiting for the “perfect” rate can sometimes mean missing the right home.

When I’m helping a buyer, I want them looking at the full picture:

✨ Closing costs
✨ Competition
✨ Long-term plans
