Here in the Savannah-area market, recent activity shows buyers are engaged, but they also have choices. During September 7โ13, the Savannah MLS service area recorded 3,466 active listings, 212 new listings, and 173 homes going under contract. Average days on market dropped from 81 to 62 for that reporting week.
