A change of scenery does the soul GOOD 😌

We had a quick 24 hour trip to Greenville, SC 🌴 and it did not disappoint! 👯‍♀️

A few highlights were: Visiting a lifelong friend, took a stroll through falls park, dinner at Halls Chophouse (it’s 🤤), wrote an offer, had a new buyer consult, checked in on Niki’s rental, and met with a realtor and contractor! OH and we researched new home trends.. *cough cough* we went shopping… 🛍

Now we are on the way HOME to see our boys!

Today was incredibly humbling. I was honored to rank in the top 10 of my brokerage for both closed volume, closed units and reached double gold status for commissions earned. I am so grateful to all of my amazing clients, friends and seemingly endless number of cheerleaders who push me to be better in order to serve more families. 2020 is FINALLY here and with the new year, comes some BIG changes for my business!

For the better part of the past year, I've worked along side Erin Pippin Madden problem solving, brainstorming, and learning how to be a better servant to our clients. I started as her realtor several years ago, and recruited her into this industry because I knew she had what it takes to be a great advocate for her clients.

Joining forces and forming a team was always a far off dream of ours, but this summer we decided to take the leap of faith and work towards this goal. For the past six months, we have successfully run our own businesses, as well as laid the groundwork for our partnership. We are so excited to introduce you to The Wellspring Group (brokered by Keller Williams).

What does that mean for you? Now, instead of having one agent to serve your real estate needs, you have two! My entire business is built on relationships, and I'm so excited to introduce you to Erin and let you start building that relationship with her as well.

I'll continue to post occasionally on this personal page, but will eventually switch over to the new page. Please "like" to follow along and watch as we grow this business from the ground up. Looking back on this year, I’m overwhelmed by the support I’ve had from my friends and cheerleaders. Because of all of your encouragement and referrals, I was able to serve 33 families this year and close just shy of $10 million dollars. What a humbling and fun ride it has been, but I’ve got even bigger goals in sight 👀 🚀 I can’t wait to share the exciting changes 2020 will bring, and I can’t wait to serve many of you this coming year!
